📦 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

Return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation email is required.

Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.

Personalized or customized products.

Intimate goods (such as beauty tools, skin applicators, innerwear).

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Items purchased on clearance or during exclusive sales.


🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for size issues or damaged products.

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

In case the requested size is unavailable, we will provide store credit or offer an alternative.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or as store credit, as per your preference.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos/videos of the damage for quick resolution.

We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a full refund.
